Caroline Rondot

 Caroline Rondot is a Project Manager in the Global Reward Services practice at KPMG, where she drives strategic programs to optimize efficiencies, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights. With a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and implementing data-informed solutions, Caroline brings a business mindset to social change. She is deeply passionate about empowering women and young people, and was drawn to Between Friends’ unique approach of teaching healthy relationships in schools to interrupt the cycle of domestic violence. Having led the organization’s strategic planning committee, she joined the Board of Directors to continue supporting its mission and amplify its impact across the Chicago community.
