Dane Chilton

Dane serves as a Litigation Law Clerk for Duane Morris LLP, where he focuses on cross-border and domestic disputes for both U.S. and international clients. His work includes high-exposure matters, such as nationwide class actions involving nine-figure alleged damages. He previously worked under Judge Michael Stading of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and also served in a research position on the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs. Dane holds a law degree (LL.B.), Cum Laude, from IE Law School in Madrid, Spain, and earned his Master of Laws with Honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. He is currently a member of the class of 2027 for Northwestern’s Doctor of Law program. *Not licensed to practice in Illinois.
